This Parent and Me class offers an interactive introduction to gymnastics. First 1/2 hour is structured, second 1/2 hour is open play with loved one. It teaches fine motor skills and gross motor skills with tons of parent-child hands-on activities. The class is designed to focus on developing confidence on the apparatuses while having fun!
