Educational classes are 1 hour classes that focus on the progression of the gymnastics skills. As the gymnast masters skills, other more challenging skills will be introduced. Flexibility, strength, and balance are concentrated on as skills are introduced. Gymnast are taught on all four apparatus floor, vault, beam and bars.
