Boys Ninja Classes classes are 40 minute classes that focus on core strength, basic tumbling and coordination. The boys work on all the apparatus while climbing a robe, working on the rings and a "mushroom" which is similar to a pommel horse. The activities will keep the boys going over hurdles, around obstacles and having lots of fun.
